The Client confirms that it will provide full support to GMM and their Inspector in conducting inspection as per the guidelines of DGFT India.
The client agrees that the Sole purpose of the Inspection is to check the radiation level and presence of arms and ammunition in the loading scrap and indemnify GMM from and quality and Quantity Issue.
The client agrees to allow the GMM to take desired time to conduct inspection.
The Client agrees that this agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. No oral agreements, understandings or representations shall change, modify or amend any part of this agreement. No change or modification shall be enforceable against any party unless such changes or modifications are in writing and signed by the parties and supported by valid consideration.
The Client understand that GMM is working under the guidelines of DGFT India and do not have any control on their decisions. So client indemnify GMM from any claim due to suspension or cancelation of GMM license by DGFT.
The Client confirms that the payment of the inspections carried till the date of the tenure/ of the authority granted to GMM and the tenure of this agreement will be paid without delay ie. If the inspection is carried by GMM and before Inspected material reaches destination the Inspection license of GMM is suspended or revoked by DGFT INDIA then client will be liable to pay GMM for the carried Inspections.
